Simple trick fixes many issues

Buttons not working? Features missing from a page? This isn't solely a Campus phenomenon. Whenever a vendor updates a web application, cached copies of resources in our browsers sometimes fail to play nice. The solution: clearing browser cache. It's simple, quick and amazing how many issues it immediately resolves. (Chrome on a Mac, pictured).
